The Seventh Oman International Conference on Food Safety and Quality

The conference, attended by experts and specialists from within and outside the Sultanate of Oman and 32 countries, addresses several topics, including modern technology in developing innovative solutions to enhance food safety and quality, food fraud, and determining food authenticity. These are crucial measures that contribute to protecting consumer health, boosting confidence in products available in the market, and reducing food loss and waste, which positively impacts the national economy.

The conference will also highlight regulatory analytical methods for food, risk assessment to support food regulatory decisions, green food supply chains, and the management of supply chains and logistics services.
